Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”Use this page to record what each setting does, its available values, default, and activation conditions.
Operating modes
Section titled “Operating modes”Explain the actual behavior of quiet, balanced, performance, and turbo modes. Document what happens when a device does not support a mode.
Cooling and performance
Section titled “Cooling and performance”Record fan behavior, the source of temperature data, performance controls, and known limits. Add clear warnings to settings that carry risk.
Power management
Section titled “Power management”Explain charge limits, power status, and adapter detection. State whether settings persist and when defaults are restored.
Lighting and display
Section titled “Lighting and display”Document support requirements for brightness, lighting, refresh rate, and graphics connection settings.
Configuration storage
Section titled “Configuration storage”Describe the location, format, and backup process for configuration files or system settings. Remove this section if there is no user-editable configuration.
